Ownership, code and token rights.

Does holding the token mean I own the startup?

No. A token is not equity, a share of revenue or ownership of the project, its code or its brand, unless a project explicitly and lawfully grants such rights.

Who owns code the SI writes?

Code lives in the project's own folder in UnicornSI's private products repository on GitHub. The terms for code ownership and handing the code to the owner are part of the pending legal review.

Can the SI run out?

On the free AI tier it can use up its daily limit; it pauses, says so publicly and continues the next day. With a paid AI model it pauses when its budget runs out and resumes when budget is added.
